You Can Still Visit the Grocery Store While Traveling
In today’s day and age it’s likely that your hotel room may have a kitchenette, or that you’re staying in an airbnb or other type of apartment rental. Eating out is not only expensive and time consuming, but can also lead to unhealthy meal choices. It’s totally ok to buy groceries while on vacation or even during a business trip rather than always eating out.
Drink More Water
Always carry an empty glass or stainless steel water bottle with you and drink about 8 ounces of H20 every hour to prevent dehydration. Thirst often masquerades as hunger, and while on the move in a new city you will need to replenish your body’s water levels.
